Homegrown Gourmet is a trademarked brand developed for the needs of a growing group of growers, retailers and consumers looking for a premium line of Vegetables and Herbs. The product line includes many Heirloom and difficult to find varieties as well as some All-America Selections winners.

Homegrown Gourmet Herbs and Vegetables are selected specifically for their ease of growth and simple care, as well as the ability to produce an abundance of finished vegetables and herbs.

The program is sold in plug trays, with 2 sizes available — 288 (sold as 270) and 128 (sold as 126 — available for veggies only).  The average cost per plug, including the marketing fee, is approximately $0.50, which means high margins for you!  The quick turn time (2 to 4 weeks, depending on the product), and the low program minimums (only 8 trays per ship week, only 1 ship week required), mean even the smallest growers can give it a try!  Plug trays are shipped via Fed Ex Freight for quick delivery. 

Custom, colorful tags are required with the program, and our unique, green 3.5″ square pots and 18-count shuttle trays are suggested.  There is also a wide assortment of  bright, colorful POP signage that complements the program.  (See the “Marketing Tools” section of this website for more details.)
